Only candidates who are registered with EQASA can book an examination. Please login, then select “Book Examinations” on the Examinations drop down. The last date for bookings and payments is shown against the selected date and venue as “Allowed registration date”. Please ensure that your on-line bookings and exam payments are made by the published cut-off dates. Please make sure that we have your up-to-date email address. REMINDER: Candidates ages 16 and 17 are reminded that we need written consent from your parent or legal guardian for you to register on the website and, to take an examination. 

The Alumni lists have also been amended. Please check to see that you are listed – if not please contact us. Please check that we have your correct surname. 

QUALIFIED EQASA INSTRUCTORS – (click to open)

Candidates are required to complete two riding proficiency tests prior to module four; to be signed off by a CEEPSA registered instructor. Please contact CEEPSA to have your name added to the provincal lists that can be given to candidates who need these tests to be signed off.

All candidates are reminded to please ensure that they are familiar with our syllabus; assessment requirements and conditions of application. Once registered on the website, you have agreed to the conditions of application.

On achieving a pass of a module, please check your details on the Alumni Lists. 

A pass of any EQASA module entitles you to join the professional body www.ceepsa.org 

Members of The Equine and Equestrian Professional Body (CEEPSA) will obtain a professional designation as either an Equine Practitioner, or an Equestrian Practitioner. CEEPSA is recognised by SAQA (the South African Qualifications Authority) and its designations are registered with SAQA.

2. Click on the gear icon and then Edit profile

3. Upload your documents.

4. Make sure you click update profile at the bottom of page and make sure all required fields are completed it will show in red if something is required after completing required fields press the update profile button again.
