CHECKLIST

Module One and Module Two:

• Candidates’ aged 16 or 17 – Parent/Guardian Letter of Consent

Module Three:

• Current Level One First Aid Certificate
• Conformation Log (3 hours)
• Lungeing Log (3 hours)

Module Four:

• SAPS Clearance Document
• EQASA Riding Proficiency Tests A & B 
• Teaching Log (25 hours)
• Personal Riding Log (25 hours)

Module Five:

• Grade 12 (or equivalent) School Leaving Certificate
• Teaching Log (50 hours i.e. an additional 25 hours to what was logged in Module four with an emphasis on teaching competition riders)
• Riding Log (70 hours i.e. an additional 45 hours to what was logged in Module four with evidence of riding in competitions)

Module Six:

• Teaching Log (75 hours teaching of nominated competition discipline/s with evidence of pupil’s participation)
• Personal Riding Log (75 hours personal competition riding in discipline/s of choice with evidence of participation)
• A current First Aid Certificate

Module Seven:

• Teaching Log (200 hours of lessons taught of your nominated competition discipline/s with evidence)
• Riding Log (100 hours of personal riding in nominated competition discipline/s with evidence)
• A current First Aid certificate
